Developing Readiness In Veterans Experiences (DRIVE) is a curriculum to empower Veterans and teach them the tools they need to be successful once they move into permanent housing. Through the program, Veterans are empowered to know their rights and responsibilities as tenants, gain financial skills, and learn new life skills. The DRIVE program is a four-week session with a two-hour class each day. Drive classes cover a variety of topics including finances, tenancy and life skills.

I learned how to do a budget, save money, and how to clean and maintain my place when I move out. The DRIVE class was good for me. The class helped me organize my life and I have goals to get my own place.
