3 meals a day | 365 days a year

On any given night, there are an average of 500 homeless men, women, and children in St. Joseph County. The Center's Dining Services Program feeds approximately 165 individuals each day, ensuring proper nutrition for at least one-third of our community's homeless.

Yearly, 180,000 meals are provided to every single guest who calls the Center their home, either for one night or one year. Every guest is provided a balanced meal, including a fruit and a vegetable. During the summer, the Center enjoys fresh fruits and vegetables from the Community Garden. This program is also personal as guests can work individually with the director of culinary services on any dietary restrictions. If you'd like to volunteer in the kitchen, email us!
